With 25 years of experience in the business world—including 9 years supporting business owners in clarifying their vision and creating actionable plans to achieve it—Frédérique is an ICF-certified coach and a bilingual professional.
Born in France to entrepreneurial parents and living in Vancouver since 1993, she has a background in hotel management and spent 17 years running a web design business before transitioning to business coaching in 2016. She has supported over 650 individuals through one-on-one sessions and group workshops.
Her approach is grounded in her core values of curiosity, analytical thinking, integrity, autonomy, and leadership, allowing her to offer personalized and impactful coaching.
I created Business Power Breakfast with an entirely different approach. I've integrated an interactive game format that naturally facilitates meaningful connections and conversations. My unique structure gives everyone a compelling reason to connect, making networking feel less like a chore and more like an engaging social experience.
